Every time I hit a jackpot past. 3maybe 4 for 20,000,000.00 I do not receive it where does it go. I just recieved another 7.7 million should go in my till I don’t know where it goes also still need to work on that Train. I must say you guys really did a good job on the crazy Train finally you can make some coins.

Fun but frustrating

Really enjoy playing this game , but since the start of the 2020 season it is getting frustrating. There is so much delay getting into the game. It keeps taking longer for it to open. Then there is a lot of delay for each thing we want to open. Also, this years slot cards are harder to get and not as easy to keep track of. Can’t believed I want to return to 2019 Thanks for giving the chance to spout off!

It’s no hope for this game! You can’t never win anything. Me honestly been playing over 10 years and haven’t gotten anywhere! Maybe y’all need to get rid of this game it’s too many problems

This app gets worse and worse, all updates done and you are promoting the lucky spin with multiplier with buying coins and I’ve tried and bought coins 3 times now and I get an error when I try to buy and spin for extra... too many errors, not fun anymore Can we please opt out of side games and interruptions? The extra coins you give with the dice game, find the mole etc are a joke (coins not enough to bother with) and not worth the interruption. I just want to collect my coins for 2 weeks then play uninterrupted. I find myself getting irritated and putting the game down. Don’t care about the Plinko, very few cards at this level, mole game, dice game, find the hidden items, I want to be able to opt out or put it in the rewards page. Love the game when I get to play but it seems more of a hassle than its worth.

Why even have the lotto ball and the mega spin you always get the lowest ball or spin then you got the nerve to charge $45.00 for a extra ball or spin you should pay us to play this game. You can keep the lotto it doesn’t even pay to spin it it doesn’t pay much more than your regular bonus and the ace card is always the same I wouldn’t even give you any stars constantly losing connection and when you need slot dash you don’t get any but when you don’t need them you get them and when you do get them there all the same you guys always have a excuse every time you go to collect your bonus something goes wrong.
