Did you ever ask yourself why they have live chat help? Because there's non stop trouble. My first experience consisted of being told after I purchased chips that I could participate in a slot tournament that after 25 minutes had expired I had gone thru 15,000 of chips and I needed to buy more to finish. Purchased more but had to go to chat help to get them. Took 15 min. Then, cheated out of a bonus round. Skip this mess. D.V.

No matter what the issue is, they make you feel like you are a liar. They fix nothing, always saying that they have investigated the issue and find that they are not at fault. Sounds like calling me a liar to me..........AND I SURE RESENT THAT . Don't waste your money or time. Go to pharaoh's' way and enjoy the variety of games an excellent customer service. You won't be sorry to delete this app.
