I like sling tv but there to many interruptions cannot load video bc

Sling offers the ability to choose with out being saddled with scores of add on channels that go unwatched yet jack up the price for being able to watch the programs or events that one is interested in viewing. Thank you! Dan

Sling displays advertisement in the middle of live sports!

To B or Not 2 B

Sling is now monetizing through their own adds which is fine, however the timing of the adds is so off. One minute you are in the middle of content and suddenly there is an advertisement while the content is running in the background! Specially during live sports.

If I’m paying the amount I do for cable and I’m watching on demand shows I don’t think it’s okay that we get as many ads as we do. With cable you can fast forward through on demand shows. The ads locking me out of changing the channel is horrid as well. The packages are fair but it’s basically the same for spectrum tv. The DVR is free and is great though. I can des with it but the frequency of ads definitely needs to change

Since they’ve changed the format and ‘updated’ you can’t watch a channel continuously. It’ll either go black at the end of a show or buffer back to the beginning of the show you just watched. Recordings are ok but don’t try to fast forward or go back. You’ll lose where you were at and have to start over. I used to watch sling all the time. Now I’ve cancelled my subscription. Not worth any money.

Poor connection on Safari, better on Apple TV ,iPad app

Program often fails to load on Safari , sometimes fails to record programs which are on set for record all episodes . Help topics fail to load. (Help says to use Safari or Chrome for watch parties!) Still pretty good deal on cable channels, especially news , some sports - like Netflix Prime more for movies etc. 50 hours of recording!
