the right idea but...

I have studied and used relaxation and self hypnosis techniques for many years.If it weren't for the "constant tone" throughout the tracks, I might consider being a fan, but this is not about 'self tuning'. I have no idea who thought this concept to be relaxing. It's stressful and hair raising and takes you far from 'the deep' where it is supposed to take you. Please, try again...without the tones please.

People the blue bar IS NOT the VOLUME if u turn it all the way to the left it is really calming
Loops too short

The sound quality is quite good but the loops seem to be about 15 sec long -- way too short for me. Unusable.

Amazing sounds! Keep the slider to the left if you don't like the binaural tone in the background. Slept so deeply last night to ocean waves. I just need to get comfy headphones, be sure to use headphones. I went ahead and purchased the full version, bravo to the creator of this app!

Not a bad app, but during the Mountain Winds sound you can hear a fly buzz past every few seconds. Very frustrating when you are trying to relax.

Sounds great over headphones, not over speaker... Love cozy fireplace though!! Top bad I have to enjoy it on my headphones :( not as comfortable
