I have previously played this game and is excellent but when I downloaded it again all my membership progress and my coins were lost... is there any way to retrieve them? I spent a lot of money ?

To be honest, the concept of a person talking you to sleep sounds fantastic, but somewhat dangerous. I like the story though!!!
