App crashes
Star1925

App crashes when you try to look at previous data! I like to compare my days of sleep! I use be able to but it just started this a few days ago! I have restarted app and restarted my iPhone but nothing works! I would give you 5 stars but the app started doing this crazy thing of not letting me see my previous sleep patterns! I hope you all can fix this! Really like the app!

Great app

Never fails to give me good sleep data.

Just the APP I Needed
TigerWizards

I need to know how I sleep, how long, how many restless periods and awakenings. SleepMatic APP helps me track my heart rate and sleep pattern as they relate. I sure can tell when I fall asleep without putting my APAP on and sleep just 3-4 hours and get up. Living with chronic pain from Fibromyalgia and facet joint degeneration make bedtime painful most of the time. When I pay attention to feedback I’m often encouraged to ‘force’ myself to get in bed or stay as long as I can at least nod.

SleepMatic

Does what I need it to do, but it’s far from perfect. It registers as sleep when I’m not sleeping. For example, when I wake up, pour a cup of coffee, and sit down to read my email, it will continue as sleep. This can be manually adjusted, but it shouldn’t need to be. I have tried sensitivity settings to no avail. When viewing a night’s sleep, it’s difficult to correlate my sleep with my heart rate because the bar is the same dark blue as the background, so I can only see the bar within the sleep segment, but I can’t see exactly where it lines up with the heart rate, so I have to guesstimate. I have sent more than one request to support asking them to add some contrast between the bar and background but never hear back, and it hasn’t changed.

Sleep app review

Is not accurate. I read before going to sleep. This app counts that time as sleep. Some mornings I listen to the news before getting up and this app counts that as sleep.

Support broken
Lookspace

I liked it other than some setting were not explained well, I tried contacting support but email came back undeliverable.

Disappointed

This app is inaccurate and does not register every night. I am constantly trying to figure out why it is not collecting data and when it does it is off. I have iPhone and watch.

The best sleep app for Apple Watch
Tiwaters

I’ve tried like four different sleep apps for Apple Watch and honestly, none of them hold a candle to what Fitbit provides. I made the switch from Fitbit to Apple Watch and just assumed that Apple Watch would have similar (if not better) sleep tracking. Not the case. BUT, this app gives you the best data and has the closest layout and information to Fitbit. It doesn’t try to be too fancy, but it gives you good data that’s easy to read. Only downside is that there aren’t longer trends within the app. I’m only seeing a 7 day lookback so far.

Just go to sleep!

This app is great! Put you iPhone on the nightstand, wear your iWatch to bed. When you wake up, your sleep history is on your phone.

Best!

I’ve personally tried just about all of the other sleep tracking apps and have never been satisfied with the results. This app is pretty accurate and after having used it for a long time, I decided it was time to test other apps out just to see if they got any better, I simply compared the data results between the two apps and still nothing comes close. Great sleep tracking app. Thank you!
