its great and to all the people saying you cant change when u wake if u look u change how long u sleep...Its useful and helpful You can even play a certain amount of hours for music! LOVE THE APP!!!!!
Worst user interface for an app that doesn't work

I can't believe how bad this app is. It claims to have binaural tones but you have to download them from the App Store. When I tried that it told me the sounds were not available in my country (USA). I set an alarm by accident and it sent me push notifications every couple minutes after the alarm sounded (I had the volume down). My lock screen was full of "Awake yet?" I tried changing the alarm settings and the picker wheel doesn't work for selecting when an alarm should sound (once, everyday, etc.). Even the "Rate This App" is broken. When I click on it in the app it went to a dead page in the App Store.
