Great until it stopped loading

I used this for years and gladly paid fo pro version. Three weeks ago it stopped loading on my IPhone 8. Mailing customer service brought “we are working on it”. For years I have recommended this software. No more.
Terrible since app update after crash

I had purchased this app previously and paid the full version. It finally updated and it won’t restore my previous purchase. All of my favorites, purchased sounds, and mixes are gone. Along with my money. I use this nightly and patiently waited weeks for it to work again. Only to find it won’t restore anything. ??♀️

I always use this app when I travel since I can’t bring my Alexa with me (obviously) and it works super well! I have been using for 7 years and I just discovered the custom part of the app and love it. I put the waves rain and fire together and it sounds great. Would highly recommend this app.
