Has potential.

I was so exited when I found out the people who made my favorite sleep sounds app made another cool one! But when I used it I was disappointed. I've been tracking my sleep for a week now, and I like to play the sleep sounds app for 30 minutes and then I usually fall asleep. It worked, but the sleep sounds HQ has the "loudest sound in the night" thing, and it always just plays sometime in the first 30 minutes (when I'm playing sounds with my other app). So it would be great if you could have a setting so people can start it later. Also the graphs are to cartoony, I'd like something a little more accurate and maybe with hourly time stamps so I know when I'm waking up in the night. And I was going to buy the other sleep sounds HQ app but I don't really see why I should, they're basically the same other then extra sounds. If you add extra graphs to that one I would definitely buy it. I can't wait to see an update!

Disappointed

The sleep app is not what I expected. It would be good if actual times of of being awake would be recorded. I don't know what the spikes mean. Some spikes are long and some short some are thick. When there are no spikes in sleep does this mean I was not breathing? If the device is too close to sleeper then it spikes all over the place and if too far away no spikes at all. It is like I flatlined. Needs big improvement. What does the paid app entail? Need an app that will accurately record my sleep patterns when I am actually sleeping, how much movement, real time stamps, and when I might stop breathing.

Not bad

I've only just begun to use it, but so far it seems relatively accurate as long as you use it properly, the correct distance from you as you sleep is a big deal

Nice soft sounds to wake up to

Kburnach

Waking up to nice soft sounds was nice but it didn't track my sleep well at all. I had it no more than six inches from me and it tracked nothing, but it directly next to me on the bed and I slept worse from constantly rolling over on my phone.

IT IS OK

It is ok, it should have free custom alarm features and better quality sounds. But it is ok

Alright

My only problem is that it takes up an entire gig of space and there's nothing to be done about it.

Nice alarm

I like this app mainly for the gentle bamboo chime alarm. It wakes me easily but it's not jarring.

Awesome collection of gentle alarms

Sleep monitor is suspect. It offers an audio sample from who knows what part of sleep (loudest section?) upon waking. It tracks all sounds, even cars and trains that pass during the night. Vibration detection is helpful to know how much movement occurred during sleep, provided it wasn't actually traffic. But I have personally yet to see it adjust the alarm to be within my lightest sleep state. It seems to always just work like a regular alarm and wake me exactly at the time I put, even though I stipulated to pick from a range of up to 30 minutes early to catch me before starting another cycle. And a serious issue is a couple times the app crashed and so the alarm reset to off and therefore didn't sound. I would need to be lucky or use a backup up alarm to be sure I get up.

Great alarm and tracker!

I use this app every night and here's why: -it uses the sensors in the phone to track sleep progress, no smart watch needed. -it wakes you up when you're naturally ready to wake up. I wake up feeling way more alert and rested. No more groggy mornings! -finally, the alarm sounds are quality and gentle.
