Drowns out traffic and other noises. Soothes my compulsive thoughts. My cats head for their beds as they even know it signals bedtime. I’ve used it for several years and it still helps me fall asleep!

I love this app. It makes me fall asleep very quickly despite other noises and sounds in the room. I use it every night.
Extraneous noises in “white noise” and fans.

Some of these sounds are appropriate for relaxing. However, the white noise and fans (I was hoping for sleep aides) have subtle extraneous tones and noises that are irritating and distracting. Disappointed.
