I love this so much!

This is my favourite app right now, my anxiety and other mental health issues have been beating me up lately and no other app seems to calm me down. This one though allows me to lay down and just close my eyes, taking deep breaths and regaining control of my thoughts. I love that it moves around and immerses you in the sounds playing, my personal favourite being the heartbeat. One small thing is that I wish there were a few more options without having to go pro, however I’m very happy with the ones provided. Thank you to the makers of this, it’s definitely something that helps with my anxiety disorder in a way I really needed.

I love that you give a lot of good sounding effects for free, and the pro version only costs $5.99 unlike some crazy apps that charge $99.99 for the lifetime version! That’s why I give you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. But I do have some suggestions. You should add train sounds, and also grandfather clock ticking is relaxing too, you should add that. Some apps also have a monk chanting and a larger selection of piano and other instruments that are relaxing. I hope you benefit from this.

I haven’t had this app for long but it is wonderful, the sounds all around you giving that real feel of whatever the mix is. This has helped me with my anxiety and paranoia, I think if there were maybe a few more options for the free parts, like a humming or something that would be good. But, other than that, this app is the best thing.

My app recently deleted all of my mixes. I no longer have access to pro and any time I select restore it does nothing. I’ve tried and uninstall and reinstall and it does nothing. Best app for this before this happened.
