If I knew for sure the paid app worked I would buy it but since they don't support the free app anymore I am not going to chance paying for a broken app. Yes I see people saying the paid app works now but why won't the free one work??

There's not much to say, it's a simple app, but it's one of the few that still work on my 1st generation iPad. It also works on my iPhone 5 running 8.3.
