Just like it's sibling the BBeats version should allow for playback of your music from within the app. Otherwise multitasking fixes the problem. The beats are very good, the clock is a very nice touch and the audio mixer is fatalistic. SFX could be better, but they are not bad, just kind of canned. Would be nice to have some "real" sounds. Airplay integration would be fantastic as well for the perfect AIO.

If you don't have trouble sleeping, don't bother with this app. I thought it would be interesting to try all of the sounds and binaural beats in this app, and they are very realsitic, but they don't help me sleep at all. In fact, I lost sleep waiting for it to work, when I could have been sleeping! Also, the "Lucid Dream" binaural beat actually made me feel ill! I might have listened to it too long, or it could just be me, but still! BTW: Try Sleep Machine LITE first!!

The binaural beats you can select from are not extensive, but are more than I've seen on other BB lite version apps... But other paid BB apps have better. The other, non-BB sounds are okay, but leave much to be desired. Theyre too loud when you test them, and the selection is not good. " relaxing sounds of nature lite" app has a TON more sounds, better quality, that you can mix. Do not rely on this app for non-BB sounds!! I too would like multitasking... Major flaw that it's not here. For the person who said you shouldnt need that cuz you should be relaxing... there are BBs meant to help you wake up and energize, not just relax! We should have the option regardless. One star cuz overpriced considering the poor non-BB sounds, not outstanding BB selection, no multitasking, not updating & ignoring consumer requests. Btw, just downloaded ambiscience for 99cents... WAY better!! Do not get this ripoff!!

I used to really like this app, but it's been a year almost since it was updated. I've contacted the developers twice over the past year asking if they were ever going to even give it multitasking but every time my answer was "we're currently working on features for sleep machine and will get to SMBB when we're done, but we do have a massive update in the works for SMBB." Seeing as how it's been a year, my guess is they've moved on. It'd be nice to have the massive update that I was promised, but after being told twice that I would have to wait for them to finish working on a different project, I'm starting to doubt if they really even care about this anymore. If they do update it, I'll gladly come back because I loved this app, but unitl then, there isn't any point in having it, and I'm using something else.

Excellent app. The BB for like "Problem solving" really helped me on my home and all other ones really work, and my fav one is relaxation. Anyways this app is AWESOME I would highly recommend this app!

I like the app but I can't use it with my sleep machine app you need to fix this app so you can exit and still listen like the sleep machine app of you could fix it I would change my rating as of now this is b.s. and I really want a refund. The only reason I bought this was in the hope that it would make sleep machine even better.

I would like to be able to listen to my iPod while using the binary beats. So I could listen to a lecture and intense focus together, but the developers have long forgotten about us, so I suggest you look elsewhere for an app that is updated regularly.

Only difference is that it adds several binaural beats that don't do squat. Should have upgraded Sleep Machine instead of ripping off people by selling the same product twice.

The nature sounds are sped up, super charged, overkill. Not relaxing. For example, the bird sounds are like you are standing in a packed atrium full of too many birds. It sounds stressful, not relaxing. Same with the frog track and the crickets. You expect few frogs, slow and peaceful, but it's frog mayhem. The only nature sound I can use is the beach track they call small waves, but it is sounds like the waves are in fast motion compared to the lazy gentle lapping of my tropical island home. Also, PLEASE CHANGE TO ALLOW MULTITASKING
