Best Baby and Toddler Sleep Aid

First, just a heads up that they did update the app and it works on older and newer iOS now (I’m using iPhone X with iOS 13.4.1). This seems to be the source of they’re negative reviews, which is no longer an issue. I used sleep genius for both of my kiddos, and I find it to be the very best thing for babies and toddlers. I believe we have tried every music/white noise device/app/toy that exists. Sleep genius’ music is BY FAR the most hypnotizingly relaxing. It also has the two seemingly basic but necessary functions that are too frequently lacking in toys and devices: nonstop play, and exactly timed play. If I want it to play for 53 minutes, I can do that. If I want it to play for as long as possible in the hopes that my baby will let me sleep for 20 hours, I can do that too. I cannot recommend it enough - it’s worth every penny.

I bought this app when my child was 1. She was a horrible sleeper and cat mapper. There is something amazing with the music melody. This helped calm my child to sleep. I’ve been using this app for 5 years and instantly used it on my second child who is now 4 and my oldest who is now 6. The music calms them and gets them ready to sleep. I like how I have the option to have it play all night or for a specific time period. I like how the nap time music is a little different as well. Please don’t change any thing. I highly recommend this app.

We have used this app since 2015 with our first baby! And now we have our second baby and we are using it again in 2019! It’s amazing. It helps them sleep and stay asleep! When I turn if off my son will start to stir and wake up. It even puts us parents to sleep! Haha. It’s great! I definitely recommend it!

I have a little girl that is 8 months and super smart and wants to get into everything! She doesn’t want to be left out and will not sleep to continue her exploration of the world. I had tried other apps before and she would ignore them. I downloaded the app and by the second song she was asleep! Omg I am so impressed and happy that her little growing mind gets to rest for the next day of exploration. Thank you! Before it will be until she was done exploring or would cry herself to sleep because I put her to bed! But omg this app works!! Thank you again!! Nancy R.

My 2 year old tosses and turns forever before falling asleep. This lullaby actually made him more antsy. I ended up turning it off and he relaxed and went to right to sleep. Every child is different though. It works great for my 4 year old nephew. I would test to see if your child is distracted by music when falling asleep before buying it so you don't waste money if they are.

My LO is now 8 months old and has recently struggled with nap times. From separation anxiety to only sleeping through one sleep cycle. I had tried white noise machines to no avail. I turned to music but nothing was quite perfect. From too varied of tempos to intrusive instrumental sounds to inappropriate volume changes. I felt helpless. I found this app three days ago and we have been the happiest of campers!!! My LI now watches me leave the room, lays down, falls asleep and stays asleep! I am so excited to have found such a wonderful product! Baby Sleep Genius was the best $1.99 investment I have ever made!!!!

I don't get it. It's just a single long lullaby song that you can only play from the beginning. I would prefer to just download the mp3.

I have a baby that stays up late. I put this on, not thinking it would actually work. After the 3rd song my baby started running her eyes and saying " no no night night " . By the 6th she was asleep .
