I have only used this two nights now but I plan to use it every night from here on out! Wow! So relaxing and peaceful. Tonight even my 10 year old daughter fell asleep to it. Perfect for those of us with anxiety.

I suffer from a lot of anxiety , sleepless nights and low self esteem . This app has helped me so much , my fav of all is the sleep , but love your body is great too .

I love this meditation. I use it everyday. Her voice is so calming and relaxing. She makes my body melt into total relaxation. I'm usually asleep before the mediation is finished. Get this application it is totally worth you time.

If you have trouble falling asleep, try this. It starts/sounds strange at first but I'm not kidding when I say I fall asleep well every time I use this app. It's so good I've pretty much never stayed awake until the end of the meditation! I wish there were a few more versions off the audio, just for variety.

I absolutely love this app. I have a hard time clearing my mind to get some rest and I knew the first time I listened to it I was hooked. Any time I am having a hard time I turn it on and it never fails. Extremely internal also great message, I feel like it had truly helped me as a person. The nights where I listen to just hear and not to sleep it takes me to a different world. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks Shazzie!!

Excellent app. I use it evert night. Great visual as Well as auditory illusions. Would highly reccomend.
Problem with app

The voice is nice, the music is nice. However the app has glitches that make it difficult to play anything. The download of the full version disappears and no buttons display to play or stop the recording. Until the glitches are fixed it is mot worth spending the money on the full version.

I've had trouble sleeping on my life and have done dozens of things to try and help with that to include sleep studies, prescription pills, massage, acupuncture, having my tonsils removed, and more. Listening to this gets me to sleep easily probably be for 15 minutes on most nights. Love it and love her !
