Vibrate option

triplecdawg

It’s a good app, but really could use a vibrate function so I actually wake up when I’m supposed to! It would be really effective since it’s already in my pocket.

Eh…

I have the Sleep Cycle app from the same app developer and I really like it. My main disappointment is that it lacks napping features. When I learned that there was a power nap app developed by the same company that develops Sleep Cycle, I decided to purchase the app. I should have been more thorough in researching the app before purchasing it. I was disappointed to discover that it doesn’t have an Apple Watch version like their other app does, and it doesn’t sync with Apple’s Health data like the other app does, so naps aren’t automatically added to your daily sleep data.

very useful

this really helped during my exam

Needs integration with Apple Watch

Krishna Palli

I tried this app, but I prefer Apple Watch for notifications. My Apple Watch doesn’t rings alarm after the preset time. After so many years iwatch is released and Integration is not provided.?

Sleep through

PippinandMerry

Constantly sleep through the alarm. I never hear it and it doesn't keep snoozing, so it just stops in assuming since i never hear it nor wake up. Set up a backup alarm

Really useful app for napping

AthenaA82

Perfect for timing the most efficient naps. But why hasn’t this been updated in 4 years? Have the developers abandoned it?

Doesn’t Work

ryost

I used to love this app but recently it has stopped working for me. When I select a 20 minute nap sometimes the alarm never goes off - even after 2 hours. I’ll wake up and it’ll keep going and say that the “latest” time it’ll go off is that 20 minute window, but it obviously didn’t. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Works but…

1/2020- Power nap didn't wake me. Instead I woke up on my own 30 minutes after what should have been the longest I could sleep. (I slept 150 minutes, not 120) Was it because I didn't have a full sleep cycle? I kinda dreamed but maybe it was more like imagining. The science behind Sleep Cycle is excellent (I've studied sleep for an absurdly long time), Life Cycle runs smoothly and glitch free (with a limited tiresome palette and dull, dull icons that don't decribe my life- maybe they're colorblind and bought cheap clip art) so why so little concern for a potentially important app? Fix it please, folks. Used 6/2019 - I was disappointed with the lack of integration with Lifecycle and lack of data. I shouldn't have to manually add my nap and be unable to have stats on how I feel. ---- wrote this around 2017 ----- So far I've only used this when I have been absolutely exhausted, just had a minor medical procedure and nothing could have awakened me. The functionality seems to be as promised but like so many other people I wish there were more stats available as well as coordination with the regularly improving Sleep and Life Cycles. I hate napping because it takes me a long time to get into a decent sleep cycle but if this can help me, even with marginal sleep cycling, it would certainly be worth trying some more.

It’s worth the money

This is a great app for a smart alarm clock for when you take a nap
