This app kinda stinks I blue light that shines is way to bright if u like the dark the app is not for u also the noses are a little Annoying but if you like a light and noses you will like it but I don't think u should upgrade its not worth it so it not help me fall asleep ?

Ok so I downloaded this a week ago and I have used it every night! I actually didn't like it from the start, but I felt I would be somewhat useful! But your phone screen just goes from dark blue to black and it goes back and forth! Bit I don't care for it! But I'm not saying if you want it don't get it!

I like this app. 5 sounds to choose from or more to buy. A pulsing dark blue light that fades into black. I like it without the sound option. I think it works. I also like the sleep timer. Good job.

Got this app hoping that it would help me sleep better and was let down. The light hardly even shines on my hand a few inches in front of it. The sounds are nice thought. If you are getting it for the light... I would not recommend it.
