Lots of option-I like nature sounds. But go zen or classical if it's your thing. Add birds or thunder or .... Not complicated. Timer option. Can run in background for many apps. What more could you want?

Fabulous app - my newborn adores it and it doesn't dr e me crazy! The train track is beautiful, especially when I realized how easy it was to adjust the volume of the add-in layers like the horn

I've had this app since I got my third gen iPod touch, I'm now on my iPhone 6 and I still can't find the loop in these tracks. The mixer for the individual noises is wonderful b/c I don't really like birds or wind chimes or anything like that. However, I love thunder and running water. You get to decide what you hear and it's definitely worth however much I spent that long ago.

I've tried many different sleep machines, mostly free ones on the iTunes Store. This is by far the best one I've tried. The interface is clean. The sound doesn't stop if I go into another app. You can add to the sound if you want (birds, wind, etc.) and there are plenty of sounds to pick from.

I have tried many ambient sound apps, and I mean lots of them. This one tops them all. The many ambient soundtracks along with the optional sound-effects with each of them, and their own volume levels, give this app a 5+. The impressive optional sound-effects that go with each ambient soundtrack are so well-chosen and sound so "clean." This app exceeded my expectations and then some. Enjoy!!
