This game is very retro. It’s a well designed game that is difficult. The graphics are very nice and gameplay is amazing. This easily gets five stars

This truly is the best iOS game I have ever played. The key is the authenticity. You can find a thousand pixel-art games, but this game is committed to actually playing like a Nintendo game. The controls, the art, the music—it’s a real time capsule. I love it. Not to mention that it is expansive. There is honestly a lot of playability here.

Like others have said, 64 bit update broke the game. IPhone 7 latest update, game stuck at loading screen. Devs have seen these reviews that are months old but it still hasn't been updated in seven months.

This game is awesome in its simplicity and underscored difficulty. It’s easy for monsters to overwhelm you in this game. It’s a nice change of pace from f2p and spending chunks of coin for fleeting experiences. It does offer in app purchases, but so far I haven’t been compelled to buy anything. Definitely A+
