OMG PEOPLE ITS NOT THAT HARD!

The description CLEARLY SAYS THAT THIS CONNECTS YOU TO CERTAIN HOTSPOTS AT A SMALL FEE! FFS.... I don't even need this but the reviews are full of people who don't know how to read. Let me spell it out. THIS IS NOT A FIX FOR THE REGULAR SKYPE APP! Sometimes when you're various places you don't have any free wifi... Many hotels, for instance, make you pay a day long fee to even so much as be on for a minute to check your email. So this allows you to connect to a hotspot that charges a smaller fee per how long you're on, as opposed to a heavy fee for a full day of nothing. IT ISNT FOR IF YOURE ALREADY CONNECTED. IT ISNT A FIX. IT ISNT ANYTHING LIKE THAT ITS EXACTLY AS IT SAYS. LEARN TO READ!

I tried to log into my current account and it said something like I was trying to take someone else's. So I decided if it won't let me sign in with it, that I'd make another one but no where on the app can you create a account. Someone really needs to fix this app.
