Downloaded for my grandson. It opens but can't create anyone. Freezes and shuts down. It works on my android phone. Not on iPad.

I was looking through what games I could get then I saw this game I was extremely happy then it downloaded I put my name down and I pressed on create I chose my element and my class then it was buffering then it crashed I tried another few times and it did the same pleaseeeeeeee fix this.

Can't play the game on my iPad although it is supposed to be for iPad. Game crashes when I try to create my imaginator. I have yet to make my first one. Very frustrating and upsetting. I thought it was a lack of memory, but even with nothing else on my iPad, it won't work.

I want to create a skylander but my game takes forever to load then when it does load it crashes. Please fix this!
