When ever I am trying to add a skylanders code it would not take it even though I am entering the code the right way. You should make the app have a scanner to scan the bar codes to make it easier to do.

Bad bug glitch
Like everyone, i Get the Message, error. Necedad 2 fin bug and add all skylanders.
Please update and fix!

Stopped at Trap team, and when you try to add any Skylanders you get an error message. Please fix this.

SERIOUSLY?!?!? It's been OVER A YEAR!!! Fix this app already!!! Do you know how hard it is to explain to an autistic child why this app is "broken"?!?!? He's heartbroken and he LOVES EVERYTHING Skylanders, so please fix this problem NOW!!! For him, me and the countless other fans that have been waiting!

I have just recently joined the ranks of skylanders players and I have apps to keep track of my infinity and amiibo collections so downloaded this to keep track of my new skylanders (it seems to be the only app to do so). I was excited when it started and looked so nice; then I tried marking my first character as having it, no luck; tried the next, nothing. Apparently there was an update or something that has caused what looked like it had a lot of potential to become what looks like a giant app fail to do nothing other than take up space and use a lot of data to download. I hope there is an update soon or I may decide it's not worth playing the skylanders game at all. UPDATE: I noticed after posting this that apparently the app hasn't worked since the most recent update (OVER A YEAR AGO!!) and even though it keeps getting bad reviews, the developer has not paid any attention to the app. Can always hope for an update but I'm trying to contact Apple now to find a way to download the previous version.

This game has many many bugs. If I on every hour to try and it says not able to do this or whatever. When I try to do the video, it just shows a blank white screen. They have seriously got to fix this. Waste of my time

Hasn't worked for ages, was never updated with Superchargers content, awful customer service.

When I try to add a skylander to my collection it say's "error download failed, please try again later I did check later the next day but it happened again please fix it skylander share my favorite game please thank you 5 stars rate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
