Terrible product and service

I installed it before I went abroad but couldn’t use it while I was in China. I tried to find an email address for the customer service but there is none on the app or the website. There was only a US phone number which I couldn’t call while I was abroad so I wasn’t able to cancel the service until I came back. When I returned, I tired to call but the line kept giving off buzzing sound but couldn’t get through. I started to think if this was a scam...Very disappointed!
