This doesn’t work hasn’t tracked my truck. Maybe twice that’s it since I got it. Guess I need to call them. Ridiculous

Got it with my new Toyota and it does not track where I have been. $1000 for 3 years is a rip-off. Tried writing email to customer service email address found in its app and got a bounce back.. twice. I honestly think they went out of business. It’s supposed to track but it’s big sell is calling for a stolen car. I can do that with 911 but it’s useless if it doesn’t track!! Will call BBB to get my money back.

Does not track real time. $1,000 for 3 years is just a waste of money. I regret purshasing this product at the dealer.
