App needs lots of work

The app keeps freezing in the analysis mode plus it keeps cutting off the bottom of the screen so you can't access the bottom row of imbalances or targeted training. I was unable to pr with my iPhone 7 but finally was able to pair with my iPad mini. The exercise videos keep freezing and take a long long time to load. And really? You've GOT to be kidding on the ridiculous voice describing the dumbbell lunges!! Seriously?????
So much potential but freezes a lot

This app has so much potential, a lot of good features and information. However, this app freezes up way too often. So frustrating.

Previously purchased an AIM and had better luck. Decided to try the Chisel and it won't synchronize without freezing, if it does synchronize it won't update without errors stopping it. Tried losing the app on two different phones and still nothing. Tried to do a quick scan and it won't take any readings. Tried on myself and a friend. This product is not ready to be for sale with so many glitches and is dissapointing considering the price.

Was cool.... the comprehensive plan has a big that causes the slider to freeze please fix!!!Very cool so far, I wish it let you leave comments on the workouts so you can track the weight you lifted and information like that.

It's punishingly honest, and the measurement can sometimes fail, but the entire body scan never takes long and having bought a $99 device can help if you're very serious about muscle balance and "sculpting"
Good Potential but Not Quite There

The apps graphics are great and I think it has what I am looking for in terms of information and tracking. Biggest complaint about app is the inability to scroll down to the items on the bottom of the analysis page. I bought the Chisel after the original Skulpt I purchased completely died. I spent a lot of time on the website and could not figure out how to get repaired and no telephone number to call. I liked the information I received from analysis, but equipment and app need work. I frequently have to repair the Chisel with each new use and periodically, all the scans for a given day are "inconsistent" on the first try. Other days, this does not occur.

app freezes and doesn't always analyze a muscle group. Can't scroll down on workout. After entering initial information you can't go in and update information for weight change. Says it's linked to Apple health but doesn't say how.

I used the app one day and then when I use the app again it did not connect to the iPhone. I had to use another device to try to connect. What's going on? Is anybody else having this issue? It's not my phone it's not the skulpt device it's the app. It works on another device in this case android and not the Apple iPhone. Love your product but disappointed with the app. Is there going to be an update to correct this? Please advise.

The app freezes every time I try to pair my device. I have not been able to use my Chisel once since purchasing it because I can't use this app. I will be returning the product.
