I tried to book a trip with 2 different airlines. One “failed” to confirm according to SL’s email. When I called SL, they said the price of the fare went up for one airline. The agent helped me cancel, no problem. Still, it all felt kind of deceiving.

Never using them again! They will steal your money and you won’t get on a flight. Worst company I have ever used and dealt with. Not even remorseful! Terrible!! They don’t deserve a star at all.... Thieves.....
