“Favorites” feature TOO SLOW

The app takes A LONG TIME (5-10 seconds) to display the items in the “Favorites” section. Taking an actual course works just fine.

For those that are always on the move and need to continue their learning well this is the APP to use. It’s very user friendly and easy to navigate through. I have not had any issues with the app syncing with my desk top PC all are there and I can pick up where I left off.

Very limited features compared to reading on kindle

At the least, I would like to take notes when reading a book. And highlight important passages. I can find no note taking feature, and you are allowed to highlight only 200 characters (!) for the entire book. Often the whole page of text does not fit in the display window. It I didn’t get access to free content through work, I don’t see myself using this.

So far, I am happy with the app. It allows me to read books anywhere and stick to my goals. The only reason I give (4) stars is a little trouble with scrolling down and be able to see the content prior to turning the page. More feedback as I progress through the rest of the features.

Bookmarks take MUCH too long to set/unset. This would make a bit more sense if they synced across devices but they don't, which is another problem. Bookmarks have no markings other than a text blurb - and it's not even text on your current page, or even text from the start of your current section - it's text of the first line from a section far back from where you are. Multiple bookmarks across consecutive sections all have exactly the same text, which, again, is not even relative to what you're bookmarking. There's no granularity in the table of contents - can't select anything lower than chapter level. Can't search text. Horizontal scrolling is nice, along with the ability to bookmark that exact spot in the text, although like I said earlier there's no relevant labeling of the bookmark.

This is an awesome app, but it crashes constantly. I saw the same review from 2 yrs ago and thought that it was fixed by now. I guess that I was wrong. Hopefully it gets fixed anytime soon. Just for the content that you can find in the app, which is great, I’m going to give it a 2 star. If the crashes get fixed, I’ll update this review with a 5 star.

I would like to be able to save my files for offline and be able to watch them on the commute and I can’t. If anyone knows how please I would appreciate the help. In Microsoft 365 sway is not available and this is necessary.

I’m glad I know longer have to get on my computer to use Skillsoft but the “Options” menu doesn’t display the actual options, just the switches. The title font is the worst with the background and it won’t let me change it. Not user friendly in general and you can’t take the course tests.
