My brother deleted the app and I had all of this cool stuff and I re-downloaded it and it didn't save any of my progress. Could you please fix it?

I have been playing this game for a long time. It is fun, and my kids can play. But they started dropping coins that I had earned, a few hundred at a time every time I signed on. But now, every purchase I made, including levels, every high score, and approx. 300,000 in coins have been completely wiped out. No report that I have ever made has been responded to.

this game is really fun and you can play it without wifi which is always great! it's entertaining and addictive and awesome to play!
