Love this game, but can't play anymore because it keeps crashing. Please fix!

This game is too costly to keep playing, and it is too confusing. There is no tutorial that tells us what all the characters floating above different buildings mean, and how to get rid of them. Updating the buildings is almost impossible. I have been playing for weeks and almost half of my buildings are not finished. I cannot afford to keep buying snowflakes! So, I probably will delete this game soon!

Please fix. When I open it says "warning". Please help will not go past this???? I will change to 5 stars if it works?????

Can be fun, great graphics, but hard to even open because it crashes constantly
