First, this app is phenomenal! There's a variety of different brushes and pens to use and the entire program runs extremely well, (Edit: HOWEVER, because of the most recent updates I've had extreme difficulty finding a pen for lineart that I like. Why? Because ALL of the pens have a simplify or smooth setting that automatically makes sure your lines aren't wobbly, which is good for beginners! BUT even if I turn this setting down to 0% (because it's a hassle for me to have on as I like my lines kinda wobbly) the smoothing affect STILL HAPPENS. This is literally the most annoying part about using the pen tool. I've had to stop using all my lineart pens and star using modified Brushes for lineart because their the only tool on the app that down really have the smooth setting. If this was fixed then the app would be perfect! -Animity

I dabbled with SketchClub a few years ago. Through no fault of SketchClub’s, I did not have the time to explore and become efficient. Now, excited and ready, I can not wait to learn and grow with this technology. Layers+Clipping Tool

I love this app so much, but I don’t like how there are less layers for a bigger canvases. Other art apps I’ve used don’t limit your layers based on canvas size. Also, I’d like a clipping tool. Maybe there’s already one in this app that I don’t know about, but because of no clipping and limited layers, I only use this app for line art, and then I use other apps for coloring. I hope you add more layers + clipping, it would make me enjoy this app even more.

This is my most used, most loved app. It's more than just an app..it's my sanity. And the people using this app have become my family. No matter what walk of life you come from, you become friends with everyone! Everyone encourages you and even though there are competitions, there is never pressure and you never feel like there is a winner or loser! Just really good artists helping one another!

i adore this app with every fiber in my body! been using it for a few years and i don't ever regret spending a single penny on it. but, i'd like it if you guys brought back the simply option for pens. it makes my pieces look worse than they already are.

This is my drawing place.It has great tools and resolution. It have done pro work with it. It is easy to use and is constantly being updated. The people in control (BP, etc.) are very responsive to any difficulty you have and stay in touch. I am very impressed with the customer service. There is an active social spect and community, challenges run and opportunities to connect with other artists. However you don't have to participate in that to get full value. You get many more tools than in more common drawing apps. Another reason I use this app is because it has record capabilities so I can replay my sketches from start to finish. I also value the fact that sketch stats indicate if there has been an image load or not. I can use this to show that the work is all my own. (There is a mini recording of the drawing being done stored there as well.) I have entered exhibits with my work printed on paper and metal and have been recognized for my work. Digital/ mobile art is REAL art. I love this place!!!!!!

I learned to draw digitally using sketch club. It was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life and I still consider it the all time best money I have ever spent: purchasing this epic app. It is a bargain. I’ve been busy with other projects but when I get ready to draw digitally again —> this is my go to app and just the thought of it is making me happy. Many contemplative/meditative ways to approach art are available by browsing groups, ‘tangles’ are always fun. Wendy Gaffaney
