Es una porquería los cambios que le hicieron esta página ahora no me deja entrar a hacer mis pedidos no se puede ver el historial de pedidos ni saber cuando cuando llegan no deja acceder al estatus de la orden totalmente cada rato me saca de la páginaSinceramente es una porquería quisiera que arreglaran ese es el problema porque no puedo hacer mis pedidos y no me da la opción ni para entrar abrir sesión tuve que abrir otra cuenta para hacer un pedido el cual ya llevo más de cinco días y no me ha llegado

Used to love Sketchers. Have had this app for a couple of years and have even purchased off the app, but suddenly you have to “join” to browse or shop? No thanks. Deleting app.

Impossible to order from app/website

The navigation of the app and the products are SO NICE, but there are so many bugs when it comes to checking out that it makes it impossible to actually purchase from the company. I get “transaction failed” messages every time I try to place an order despite my cards being in working order/not expired, plus it takes my rewards I’m trying to redeem even though the order never went through... I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and have yet to receive a response— they don’t have phone lines open due to the pandemic or else I would try calling. Just really disappointed because I am a huge fan of the shoes themselves.

I like having the app on my phone because it’s easier to just open it rather than getting on the website. That being said, it could definitely use some updates to be a bit more user-friendly, like the website. The app doesn’t have the option to view out-of-stock items, whereas you can see them on the website, and well as save them to a wishlist and have them email you when your size is back in stock. Otherwise, it’s been very useful.

No Landscape Mode For Tablets

I love the sketchers store and the app for my iPhone but I hate app developers that create apps for tablets and don’t make them landscape mode capable. This is very annoying for the millions of people that use one of the millions of keyboards sold for tablets.

I am now officially the biggest fan. I was introduced to these shoes by way of a bag full of hand-me-downs.So, the shoes had already been worn. I couldn’t tell that by the way they felt on my feet! Felt like a new pair that I had already worn just enough to break in. That’s been four years ago. The shoes still look good and feel great!! Now I’m thrilled to say I have collected 14 pair of Skechers shoes,and boots. They are well worth the price!!! Invest and step into luxury.

Great app. Could use iPasOS version landscape mode

Great app but for those who shop using an iPad in landscape mode (I would guess almost everyone) it would be easier if the app would open in landscape mode instead of turning a large iPad into a large iPhone and navigating with one hand while the other is holding up the iPad. Maybe they can ask Apple for assistance on what changes are needed to create an additional iPadOS version. Thanks

The app is not working

The app keeps glitching. I keep selecting shoes and then it pops up and says shoe unavailable. I thought they were sold old put I checked online through the browser and there all available.
