I bought this because Mike V's Skate Party was awesome (aside from the wonky physics). This game is even worse with the physics. It throws you in complete opposite directions and makes you fall while just rolling down the street. The thing that is the most infuriating is that they took a great game (with the first Skate Party) with achievable point quantities and made it into a money maker with high experience points needed to get boards or any other skater aside from the chunky guy they give you. It also increases the points needed to upgrade the skater's performance. For example, it's 150 experience points to increase your Ollie 5%, after about 2 increases it will then charge you 400 points to increase. They've loaded it with in-app purchases for experience points so you'll spend more money (up to $49.99 for an experience point package). It really takes the fun out of it. Way to sell out Ratrod.

After thps2 didn't work on the App Store I found this game to be the best alternative. It has levels that are interesting and controller support makes it better. The worst game breaking part is the physics. If I jump down a staircase I won't hover down like it the game. In the game it takes like 5 seconds to "float" down a 10 ft wall. I really hope a future update applies better physics within the game. Another problem is the in app purchases. You WILL need them to progress further in a game that you already payed for. Thanks Ratrod for the worst skateboarding game experience I have ever played. I would also like to say that I will not buy any more of your terrible games.

This game is the closest to Tony Hawk's pro skater on playstation 1 that I've ever played and that is my favorite skate game of all time I hate that after u complete all the tasks on one board u have to purchase the other ones especially after u have to pay for the game but other than that it's an all around great skate game I wish I would have found this one before I paid for skate it and the transworld one!!

Spurting blood, really? Is this really neccessary? Not for kids, had to delete it, which is really disappointing. Seriously, at least provide an option to disable that!

Great but you should be able to make your own character and build your skate parks like in skate 3

Best sk8 game available. Hopefully you guys will add some new places? Characters? Decks? Trucks? Wheels? More goals to achieve ?

I like the tony hawk game better but can't play that anymore so this is the closet thing for me... Hopefully they'll update it and add some more to it
