I use this app consistently for work and personal. I take photos of wiring in a wall before drywall, add the measurement from doors, windows, elec outlets, etc. It has worked better than what I expected. That is an invaluable tool

Pretty handy in a pinch..... I just wish it didn't have to be AS stable or AS flat of a surface to work....

30 day trial. Move your phone in any orientation from point a to b and it's going to give you a decent idea within 1/2 to 1 inch has been my experience in the first 5-10 tries. I should test it against a tape to see. 5 stars for now. At 2.00, heck why not
