Some hints:
- Always spare enough time for spell gestures! Rushing will deform the shapes and thus decrease the efficiency of your finger drawings.
- Try to draw the symbols of the spells correctly! Use the built-in practice map appearing on the intro screen when a new spell is introduced. Relax your fingers and draw lightly!
- The wizard can cast spells while moving. Staying mobile could be lifesaving.
- Finding lightly sheltered places on the given map helps you to reduce the range of the creatures’ attacks.
- Use frost spells to reduce the speed of the monsters around you.
- Use air spells to throw the monsters away, freeing up territory around you.
- Casting just attack spells will make your quest significantly more difficult.

Great production, terrible controls

The production value of this game is awesome - fantastic graphics, sound, music. Story is a bit cliche, but fine. However the controls just don't work during actual gameplay. During practice they seem fine, but in the regular play, 75% of the time nothing happens - I'm not even missing - the spells just don't happen. Maybe it's because the targeting system gets confused with so many monsters so close to each other, I dont know. As of right now the game is unplayable. Fix the controls/targeting, and this could be a pretty fun game.

Everything about this game is awesome except the controls unfortunately. I also have to agree the gesture system is broken and that's too bad. Nothing seems to register and I've tried playing this several times now. I've practiced the gestures and even then they only work half the time. An alternate control setup is ideal and twin-stick shooter controls seems logical for this type of game. Also the game crashes which doesn't help matters and I'm on an iPod Touch 4g. I really want to play this game more than a few seconds.

This game took me by surprise !! It was simple @ first, but has developed wonderful complexity. Gesture based spells are awesome! At first I thought the controls were weird, but after a little playtime I realized you just need to be precise- actual skill is needed!! Love it !!

This polished version is definitely the desired one. No more boring first maps. The secret of this game has been figured out: relaxed finger following the shape description genlty... I'm still wondering if this screen size is enough for this type of game, but i just have to get used to it i'm afraid... Requested fix: sometimes the wizard doesn't finish the monologue

The Easy-Normal-Hard levels are a great idea. Though, Easy is for lazy cats. The others have sense for me. Earth magic became easier to draw. BUT one problem: I need the promised new content NOW.. cannot wait.

That one bad rad with the fad

This seems like it has the potential to be a really fun game, but at the moment, it's just not that good. It seems like the majority of the time, it doesn't register the symbols I'm drawing, and when I try to save time by pressing the button icon at the top instead, it doesn't register. I have to rapidly tap it before it acknowledges, and by then I've already been swarmed and killed. Which is another problem. It seems like I move far too slowly, and there are far too many monsters swarming me, while I'm only capable of killing one at a time. Killing a group of 20+ monsters, one at a time, simply isn't a valid option if I want to survive.
