Full screen ads are a no no, they’re intrusive and make the app lock up a second when tapping the “x”. The banner is fine. No initial tutorial on what to do, it just throws you in. 2/5 stars.
This user interface is not aesthetically pleasing or intuitive. I’ve downloaded other an training apps that look much nicer and are more usable, like by Fitness 22 or Zenlabs.
Calorie counter is a joke. (Completely incorrect) The app doesn't say how many you need to do next, so you have to keep looking at your phone throughout the work out. No goals, no technique shown. It's obvious the other reviews were bought and paid for.
This app has helped me become consistent with my workouts. Also, never crashes and always works.
