Sit-ups, Pull ups, squats, push ups (the exception because of the design), you can't advance unless you follow the instruction of how to use it, like holding it in front of you or putting it in your pockets. Can you guys add the feature to just advance if you only want to leave your phone on the bench? Thanks, otherwise 5 stars, voice, music, program. User of Runtastic Pro and Results. Big fan.

I think this is going to be the next future workout app this app motivates me I will be glad for them to update this in any new way to talking to fitness pepole on video chat and challeging others on this app this app is fun let this app be a in one keeping up with our workouts and we could see it

I do over 900 sit-ups and this app lets me focus on the exercise not on trying to keep count

I thought it was for children at first. I mean 2 sit ups and a 30 second break?? Cmon. I switched it to day 9 and it’s a little bit better.
