I try to launch the app but the screen spazzes out. Only works once in a blue moon

This game has a game breaking bug. When I open the app the screen shakes uncontrollably and I cannot see what to do. I just got a headset today and was looking forward to this after seeing Impractical Jokers. Please fix this issue so I can play the game.
