Just started a trial run, but realized there’s a bug if you have AirPods. While I can hear from headphones and they are definitely connected to my phone, the app says my headphones aren’t connected, and won’t give me a sample of the note I’m supposed to hum.

Good until it isn’t

I started using this app and got all through the first lesson until the last exercise. No matter how long I tried to sing it still said I was singing as high as the scale would read. I tried to go back to the exercise prior and it worked fine there. Just from the one lesson I could tell I would really enjoy this app and use it often. Unfortunately, I couldn’t move past the first lesson due to this and ultimately deleted the app.

I doesn’t work for me. I don’t know why but I would do what it tells but it doesn’t pop up on the screen and I’ll do it louder but it’s says I can’t hear so I don’t know if it’s me or the app but I don’t like it.

Monthly subscription cost advertised not available?

Monthly Sub Not Available

I am not able to find the monthly subscription cost advertised in the App Store. The app just keeps asking me to pay the yearly subscription cost of $80 every time I try to open something past the third level. I tried to email the support email given in the settings of the app, but wasn’t able to send an email to it. I would like any help or any suggestions as to what I should do? Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
