At home or on the go yoga tool

Great tool for a beginner like myself to learn the poses and practice at home. I recommend supplementing some in-person training as I’ve done to find tune what you do and use this as a tool for your home practice.

Very doable I love it I’m a beginner and I was so glad I was able to do every pose at least for a few minutes some apps r way to hard this one is great on the beginner level I haven’t tried the intermediate or advance yet but I hope to get stronger and stronger and be able to advance

In general good. Suggestions: show how to modify some of the moves for common medical issues. The sounds of waves are really irritating rather than relaxing. It would be better to have no background sound and let the listener choose sound from their device. I was able to listen to Pandora, but the waves made it more difficult.

Love this app. I have old fractured vertebra and nerve injuries and always thought yoga would help. The classes I took (even beginner level) I always pushed too hard and they assumed some level of toga knowledge. Love this app because once you get the routine down you don’t need to look at the screen and can just concentrate on the yoga itself. You can start slow with beginner, intermediate, or expert levels) and for a short period (20, 30, or 40 min workouts). I’ve been doing it 6x/week for about 2 weeks and can already see a difference in my physical ability to do certain things. My core strength has improved which lessens the pain in my back. Great app and can’t wait to improve into the different levels!!

This video has great poses that flow really well together. The teacher has a soothing voice and explains things very well. My only complaint is the screen size. I wish it could expand to full screen or horizontal.

Simple yoga was just what I needed. Sound effects were great. Due to injury I was not able to do yoga. It was painful but made me feel good again. Not suppose to bend. Have to do alterations. Miss yoga so much. Thanks

I am a yoga instructor and my friend has been using this app so I had to investigate. This is very good especially for men. I like music, instruction in breath work is essential in the beginning of all classes to center.
