There are several missing course files. I have encountered this in many sections of the overall course. Appears to be zero quality control. Surprised Duke associates themselves with this outfit.

Purchased course with validity of 180 days. Two days already wasted but cant even access the course. The support team is deaf and blind. Planning to get refund.
Poor app

Mobile app is full of bugs poor user experience. The instructor and content of the lessons are good though. The web version on mobile does not allow sign in... same quiz has been shown again and again and even with 100% correct answers the next episode still doesn't show... overall very bad app and not recommended using it.

It's named ironically: it's not Simple and all you learn is the courses weren't written by native English speakers. The English in the courses is SO POOR as to make it INCOMPREHENSIBLE, you can't navigate the site, and getting your certificate after completion is like trying to get congress or parliament to do something right...impossible. The "lessons" are about 30 seconds to 2 minutes each. You'd be better off getting a second grader to read your textbook for you. Bottom line : RIP OFF. Then they have the Indians rate them at 5 stars and write glowing reviews....in very poor English.
Videos work fine but interactive and offline items are poor

When just listening and watching to the videos everything is fine. But I've downloaded all coursework for offline use and nothing works. It's there for offline but it doesn't play. And 2nd issue is the interactive items where you have to tap stuff to move along is very buggy or doesn't work at all.
