I love this game but could you please add fairings, make the docks more stiff like in space simulator. Oh and also when I turn with my big rocket inside earths atmosphere the rocket bends so much that it flips over and crashes into the ground.

The non-stop crashing is a bummer (save often or cry), but the concept is cool. I also wish they’d model the solar system normally. All of these rocket-maker programs use a scaled-down version which makes it impossible to model real-life situations unless you want to spend the time converting. At least it’s in multiples of 10 vs. 3 like some of the others, but I’m pretty sure the iPad Pro can handle it. At least make it an option and let us decide if it will run on our devices. As it is, it’s a simulation of a solar system that doesn’t actually exist, and brings it more into the realm of fantasy than sim. (I mean, I know it’s not a real sim and all, but may as well make what you can real). That limits the fun for me a bit. Otherwise, they did a good job on it. I so like how, with this one (as opposed to the other popular rocket sim), it’s actually a challenge reaching orbital velocity. Other sims peg orbital velocity at 1/3rd (~1,600 m/s) which makes reaching obit incidental. This one, you have to work at, which I like a lot.

I can’t wait for simple rockets 2 But other than that, this is amazing Great way to challenge yourself to reach for the stars In my case, literally, I try to fly into the sun Also sadly my iPad is a mini 2 so it can’t run sr2 ?

The concept and general gameplay is really great but the satellite mission controls don’t seem to work quite right. Four control thrusters are required to yaw because it uses the left/right thruster to do this motion. This can just as easily be achieved with the forward/rear thrusters utilizing only two. The above issue causes several problems. 1) Uses fuel quicker. 2) Requires an understanding of center of balance when there are no indicators where that could possibly be. No weights or dimensions of the parts are provided much less an accurate tool to locate the thrusters on the correct part of the body. This results in unintended yaw when trying to maneuver left and right which causes unintended yaw. Additionally, there is no way to turn the control thrusters off for other portions of the flight. This means your burning control thruster fuel the entire flight and by the time you’ve aligned with the satellite you’re low or out of control thruster fuel. Finally, the controls for fine maneuvering do not respond correctly. The forward button works as intended, tap it, hold it and the ship moves as you would expect. The back, left, right, and yaw controls don’t. You have to hold them down before that do anything, at which point they start burning hard, creating uncontrolled movement. Add this together and it turns “challenging” into wholly frustrating. I am loath to try the Simple Planes as I imagine it relies heavily on The maneuvering controls and would have related issues.

Ok, so this game may have more parts and more planets and the earth has water, but space flight simulator is free and has better controls, try it before this, also there’s gonna possible be multiplayer in it, also you could get kerbal space program (like the game recommends) and on PS4 if you have one it’s only like $42 with tax, and apparently there’s a discount code, or if you can’t get it, wait for simple rockets 2, it seems MUCH better.
Great game takes a bit to learn how to do advanced manuvers

When I first got the game I skipped threw all of the missions and the game was really hard. I went back latter and it changed the way I play.
