iPhone 7plus works great! I'm on the free version and it's great to see what I'm working so hard at achieving unfolding much easier than without his app. Cool colors and it'll take the legs with you where ever you want them to go. It's fun to see your mind clearly on the app and get you more focused on achieving your goals! Try it and see for yourself. I'm a filmmaker creating my own webseries, off an award winning film.

I've used several of this kind of tool and this one is the most versatile and complete so far. I like to start a complex project by capturing everything I can think of about the project in this tool and then progressively refining and organizing my thoughts until a rational approach starts to emerge. Good job guys!

I really like the ease of this app. It reminds me of a program I use long ago to outline papers brainstorm ideas etc. I'm so happy to have found this new tool.

This is an excellent program with many useful (and easy to use) features. I am a visual processor in that, while I take in verbal information very well, I prefer to deal with information visually. As a college professor and Amazon best selling author, I use this program on a regular basis to organize my ideas for new courses or new projects. The program allows me to put each idea into a "parent" category and add subordinate "child" categories. I can move child categories to any parent I choose. This program continues to get better over time with new features being added. My only complaint (and it is very minor) is that the program only allows for 6 unique parent categories. I say unique in that each parent is given a different color and the 7th parent is the same color as the first. While I would like more colors, this is not a major concern. Overall, I like (and use) this program a lot. It is easy to learn. If it fits the way you like to organize your thoughts, download it and make it yours. Ed Daube, Ph.D. The Emotions Doctor

Update May 2017: I love most of the new features but this update broke about half of my mind maps with the forced topic text markdown. No way to turn it off AFAICT. Beware if you use this for anything related to tech or school. I'd highly recommend exporting all your mindmaps to pdf before upgrading if possible. Otherwise you might be looking at hours of fixing topics or trying to sideload an older version to export. Real bummer because this was by far the most versatile app for my uses. The possible replacements are few and cumbersome. Original: After 5+ years of use, this is still my preferred app. I enjoy playing around with different concept/mind map apps. I always go back to simple mind when I'm learning or documenting. It handles anything I throw at it and the desktop apps let me continue working at home and work PCs. Simple mind's layout flexibility allows me to use it for traditional mind maps, concept maps or even flowcharts at work. I've documented some seriously complex systems with a clarity that I could never have achieved with my other apps. Key for me: iOS, Android, Windows, OSX... All versions have feature parity.
