Way to excessive for me to read the entire document but from what little I did read is that you the consumer have no rights and Simon has every right. I ended up deleting the app before ever using it.

I tried their WiFi and my cellular and it kept saying to not be frustrated, lol. I wasn’t frustrated. Just wasted time and my battery downloading an app that won’t show me the map of King of Prussia Mall. Try it at home, not at the mall. I have an iPhone X. Maybe it’s an iPhone XI version?

I cant even see all the stores in the listed directory because I cant scroll past letters V. Using an iPhone X. Theres enough room but the app wast built right.

New version is much better than the old. Only negative is the app keeps asking for access to Bluetooth.
Annoying new Bluetooth feature

I've had this app on my phone for a few years, and use it occasionally without issue. This new version uses Bluetooth, so if your BT is turned off, you always get a background warning telling you to turn it on to utilize the features. This is extremely annoying-- so much so that I deleted the app.
