Best game ever!
Dr.simi rocks!
I went to mexico because they have beautiful beaches and resorts and Dr.simi is a logo and mascot from a famous pharmacy there it's so cool they have his plush toy and I love the game it's so simple I love that he's fast and fun and the concept of him getting vitamins instead of coins and you can get powers and when you buy and change your costume the theme changes it may also be in Spanish but it's easy to follow you can also search they have videos of Dr.simi dancing! Also the best part is he jumps over taco carts!I am totally a Dr.simi fan now! "Dr.simi rocks!"I also love the noises he makes!

It is in Spanish and you can't even understand what the guy is saying and you can't even read the setting ?

Mi farmacia esta mejor, creo que mereze un juego igual a este, pero este juego es version tianguis, es horrible, y no tiene chiste. Lo mismo pero mas barato mi culo wey. Juego horrible, prefiero tomar cloro envez de jugar esta mamadita.
