Ads haven’t worked for a week

The ads haven’t worked for an entire week and emails to app support have gone unanswered. Super frustrating.
Love it but ads don’t work

Great time passer, but 99% of ads don’t load. It’s really hindering my ability to progress. Please fix.

It’s fun and cute but what the hell is up with never having ads?? I actually want to get more money and other improvements!!

I’ve played for 5 minutes, experienced the ad issue and realized it would take forever to complete any achievements in game. Will probably delete. Doesn’t seem worth it. 5 stars so this will be seen.
Ads won’t play

Normally I hate ads, and would be ok with them not working. HOWEVER, because this is a game which relays up omg “watching” ads in order to receive certain perks, it is germane to this game that these are viewable. 9/10 I receive a message similar to “no videos available, please try again later”...it’s SUPER annoying because I rely on them to expand and improve my hospital and a reasonable pace. So I can only give it 3 stars. It would receive 5 if the ads worked properly.

Game tells you it has a new mission then just freezes and won’t let you do anything in the game and I’ve only had the app like 2 days and I can’t do anything in the game but zoom in and out. Won’t let you tap anything in the game so no reason to keep. I’ve deleted this app ??

I really like this game, but when you get to the different areas it tends to lock up and you can’t save your progress
