I love that you can view movie times and purchase tickets in advance. My issue with the app is that ordering food is not easy and you can’t view the menu on the app without already having a ticket purchased. I’m a rewards member and it would be nice to see the rewards through the app so that everything you need is in one place. Definitely needs an update

The app doesn’t work, I am sitting in the theater right now and I can not order food to my seat. This was the biggest waste of time of my entire life and I would recommend never giving any time to the this cinema, go somewhere else.

This app is definitely more annoying then helpful. The payment process which stores your cc has a lot of bugs. Same with signing up for rewards. It's far past the time for a update/bug fix

Hope Apple Pay and Wallet can be supported. Frankly speaking, even the updated app is a little bit out of date.

Please add Apple Wallet support with Geofence at LEAST! Apple Pay kinda should also be default, but being that retailers and banks are protesting against it, it's not as easy to do yet. Otherwise, Atom is probably a better app thanks to the express lane option.

Login bugs. No where to put your rewards information to get lower price tickets. Buying early tickets for highly anticipated movies is almost impossible. Website also needs a major overhaul. Too bad, the theater is nice.

This app is useless!!! Logging is close to impossible and when you finally do login it takes forever to process any option that it times out.

This app is such a convenient way to browse movies and buy tickets! I recommend only a few changes and added features such as Apple Wallet support and Apple Pay. Also a new, different, fresh layout would look very appealing. An iPad app wouldn't hurt either! With those handy essentials, the SilverSpot app beats any movie ticket buying app!
