This app is really cool. You can make all kinds of designs just by moving your finger across a screen. A really good app for making a screen saver or wallpaper for your phone. (or whatever device you have) The only problem I have with it is there is a limited amount of colors, patterns, and lines. It would be cool if there were more.

I love this game so much, it’s a very good sensory game. Though I wish it wasn’t $3.00. That was the only bad thing besides that it is GREAT!!!?❤️??

Silk Paints (the other Silk Paint) was, and is, the opportunity to create original art. This app is for the artistically challenged whose only chance for creative balance is in turning the canvas into a mirror image. Frankly a duck could draw a masterpiece. Download the other app and enjoy the difference. Thank you for your comments, Yuri. Perhaps Apple would do an article in the App Store using some of my work, then you might be able to jack the price on Silk Paint. Let me know where I could forward some of my stuff to you. My art has been in Mac shows and in national mags. As a rule i keep it off of the Net, but I would make an exception for some of my Silk Paint art—as long as Apple identifies my art with my name.

Silk is an amazing app! It is inexpensive and let's people express their creativity! I adore this app because it has so many different designs to choose from, and it also lets people just go for it!! Silk is so amazing and is worth the two dollars! Silk is so creative and I haven't seen anything like it! I love silk, and it is worth it!

Silk Paints (the original) was, and is, the opportunity to create original art. This spinoff is for artistic incompetents whose only chance for creative balance is in turning the canvas into mirror images. I wouldn’t mind this so much except that there is only “one” one-dimensional brush. In Silk Paints they make you pay for new brushes. They urge you to share your art through Facebook and others. In this sequel they could care less what you do with your product because, technically, a duck could draw a masterpiece. Ok, they got me, but maybe i can spare you the same mistake. Download the original app and enjoy.

This is a fun app and while I'm glad I downloaded it I find it a bit frustrating as I can't seem to access some of the features it supposidly has. The lay out isn't very intuitive. I can't find the eraser or the ability to work with the rainbow brush. That said I've used the previous version of Silk before this one (Silk 1) and this one seems pretty much the same - there are a few upgrades but unless I'm really missing something I'm not seeing the 'new' features. It's still fun and relaxing though!

Honestly it isn't tinge best app I have ever downloaded but I get yelled at by my parents a lot and I get a lot of stress. This totally takes my mind of everything. It costs money but totally worth it. Just ask your friends for iTunes gift cards for your birthday :P
