I have been using SignEasy for over 3 years however with the recent IOS upgrade, my email files (pdf) are not recognized by the app and therefore unable to import automatically into the app.

Makes it impossible to upload documents emailed an attachment from google drive to them and it showed up as just the link in text with no way to open

The one thing that I really needed this program to do was send and receive signatures on an iPad or android tablet or phone! Because that’s honestly what most of the world is using at all times. But it only does this with a laptop computer. The tech-support guy is a very nice person who responds very quickly and he is very helpful. I certainly don’t want anyone to be discouraged from using this. They are working to fix this feature they said. I wish it would move a little bit quicker :-) Using this program to sign in person if you don’t need to send it works perfectly on all devices. And it stores your signed document into the database. Furthermore it will allow you to sign PDFs and screenshots that you take from other applications. This is very easy to do. And easy to do things with applications makes them well worth it. Now come on guys let’s get the rest of the stuff working :-)
Horrible App, Routine Account Glitch

Multiple times my account has “run out of credits” even with a standard plan. It’s incredibly annoying and customer service isn’t noteworthy

Everytime I try to sign a document, it continuously crashes.
