I want everyone to know that even if you are like me (computer/PC/IPHONE) challenged :), I was still able to download and use this app with not a lot of difficulty. I am selling my house and it is such a hassle to have to print out forms, sign and initial forms, and fax them back. Anybody who has sold or bought real-estate, knows what I am talking about. I really love this site because it is user friendly and not hard to understand. I bought the 1 year subscription because it is not to costly and I'm sure I will have more documents that will need this app in the future. Put it this way, if I can use this program, ANYBODY CAN USE THIS PROGRAM!!!!
