I don't have a scanner at home and mailing signed consent forms take too long. I just discovered this and im so thankful. If only it was free :(

I have tried numerous times to try to end my subscription and this company makes in incredibly difficult to do so. This is on purpose. On their app there are only options to upgrade- not to downgrade services or remove it. And now the app is completely glitched as I try to navigate it- it won’t open documents from my email, it keeps closing down. this is a scam app do not download.

You have to manually add text boxes instead of the app recognizing fields, it’s 2020 y’all
